General Pickle Employee: The majority of our team is made up of general employees who rotate thru various positions during their shift. The environment is fast paced, but fun. Duties include food preparation, delivery of product to customers, replenishing supplies, cleaning and other duties as needed. This position reports to the Management Team.
Fryer: The fryer candidate must be 18 years of age or older. Job duties include frying product & maintaining quality while keeping up with demand. Other duties include cleaning fryers and working with hot oil. Skills required include previous fryer experience, good organization skills, cleaning skills and the ability to lift heavy objects. This position reports to the Management Team.
Sales & Management: Additional positions include Sales & Management. These opportunities are made available to qualified employees who have at least one year experience working with us.
In addition to the 12 days of the Fair, there are opportunities to work setup days in August - helping setup the booth, preparing the kitchen and general food prep just before the event - as well as tear down after the event. Some setup/tear down shifts require heavy lifting and will be noted as such.
